I just wanted to let you know that we have settled out of court since I last spoke with you. The last three weeks have been intense to say the least! The flooring company hired an attorney and it wasn't but a week later after we gave the court your inspection that we heard from the attorney with an out-of-court offer. We countered with a different offer to help garnish some of money toward the court fees. We gave them until Monday of this week and we have our check. We ended up with $4,800 which is only 200 shy of the $5,000 small claims court.
THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!! As a teenager would say, YOU ROCK!
